Based on the provisions of P08 and CP P08 Internal Procedures for “Complaints and Appeals” of our ISO/IEC 17020 Quality Management System for Inspection Bodies; and ISO/17065, for Product Certification Bodies, we inform our clients that through this form you can submit any type of complaint, appeal or dispute that represents any affectation to the inspection service provided. This systematic will allow us to review the process presented as nonconformity, which will be treated by the Quality Manager, in order to analyze the cause of why said inconsistency has occurred, take immediate action to solve the problem and deliver the relevant information that allow this process to be supported.
